The Circle of Change Leadership Experience, a 501 c (3) organization, hosts a variety of transformational leadership development programs each year for a diverse group of student leaders throughout the nation.

Each November, the Circle of Change Leadership Experience hosts its annual three-day national leadership conference in Los Angeles, California.  This three-day experience brings more than 250 diverse student leaders from across the country to discover the leader from within, develop the leadership and professional skills necessary to attain career leadership success after graduation, and the inspiration needed to make a positive impact in their community, nation, and world!
