Higher education has a reputation as being resistant to change and innovation. While no doubt true of some institutions and some individuals in higher education, colleges and universities have a long tradition of experimentation and are now innovating now in a variety of ways. With traditional economic models and student demographics changing, colleges that don’t try new things may well be at risk.

This webcast will explore different kinds of innovation (in administration and finance as well as in academics) at different types of institutions. We will also consider the culture needed to promote and sustain innovation.
